CLIENTS

This refers to people looking to get the services of creatives signed up on the Onesha platform either through direct contact through messaging or through the intermediary of Onesha.

1. Getting a Creative

   Use Onesha's search filters to find the right freelancer for your project. Once you've found a service you'd like to order, click on 'Get This Service' or 'Request Quote' buttons on the service. Choosing the right freelancer is easy.

   You can request a job to be done from any of the creatives listing their services on the platform. For a task similar to any of the past projects the creative has done, you can use the 'Hire Me' button on their profile to specify the task you want from them.

2. Posting a Job

3. Payment Methods

   All payments shall be done via Mobile Money (Mpesa Paybill), Paypal, Cheque or Wire Transfer to our bank account.
   You may not offer creatives to pay, or make payment using any method other than through that stipulated by Onesha. As a client, do not send money directly to creatives as Onesha will not recognize this payment or be liable for any consequences of direct payment to the creative. In case you have been asked to use an alternative payment method, please report it immediately to Customer Support by calling Onesha at +254 712 983630.

4. Payment Amount

   Clients pay Onesha 50% in advance to create an order for our creatives and clear the rest (50%) after the job is done. Onesha pays creatives after the client is satisfied with the job.

5. Making Orders for a Job

   Give clear and precise details on the work to be done as stipulated by our template. For specific information e.g. location, delivery date or time, format of output, ensure to make it clear in the request form. We also encourage you to set milestones where you can gauge progress of the task.
   Onesha will surcharge for any additional requirements after a creative has given their quote and the client has already agreed.

6. Reviews

   You shall have 2 reviews of the job draft before the final version is done by the creative. It is during these revisions that changes can be made.

7. Job Cancellation

   If a creative cancels the job for any reason whatsoever and you choose not to continue with the job, we assure you a money-back guarantee. If you still want the task done, we will give you access to our vetted pool of creatives and a project manager will be provided for you.
